NKCA Check Enrollment List
Forms are due the Friday before your student’s beginning. All form do need to be completed before a student can attend.
- RNew Registration Form (Can be downloaded and completed from our website and emailed to info@newkentca.com also)
- RCurrent immunizations record (Children under the age of 2 are required to have updated records every 6 months.)
- RSubmit Documentation - Required forms and immunization records
- RVirginia School Entrance Physical Form
- RCopy of Child’s Birth Certificate
- RKangaroo Time account set up with head shot photo of child and separate head shot photos of parent on individual guardian account.
- RHandbook Agreement Form signed for the current school year. (Found on last page of Handbook.)
